The company is engaged in the extraction of crude petroleum and natural gas. It was incorporated in January of 1979 and has its registered business office is located in O Barco de Valdeorras, Spain. The company is primarily involved in the exploration, development and production of petroleum or natural gas from wells in which the hydrocarbons will initially flow or can be produced using normal pumping techniques; and the production of crude petroleum from surface shales or tar sands or from reservoirs in which the hydrocarbons are semisolids. Its business operation is principally active in the country.
